Hey Colin, yep it's hard to get people to view the situation without taking sides, unfortunately we are stuck in this world where everyone joins a team and neither side ever agrees. Look at politics here and in the USA. Personally I doubt if it will ever change, but we can do our little bit regardless. Thanks for reading and commenting mate. Cheers G

Hey George,
Thanks very much , it was a great read, from most people I’ve spoken to, have all had conflicting and high emotionally charged thoughts.
Having sat in one of your 6 Sigma/ Lean courses I certainly value your research and thoughts, definitely added to my current understanding.
If only we could remove human greed and then listing all the world problems and applying a suitable systematic solution was allowed?

cheers mate, I do believe it takes resilience to be effective in influencing .. my thoughts are that we need the resilience to be conscious of what's happening in the communication and then being able to adapt and change so that the communication is more about the recipient than the sender.

Great article there George - I agreed if we don't know our audience dominant factor, just cover both angles. Perhaps, being resilience is also another factor that will help influencing works.

Hi Mate, Hey Hey Jorge!
Making me think about how I approach things with the same perspective/habit. Some aspects are good but some are probably a problem; mmmmmm.....
Learning all the time, like now: don't follow Tony Chen through decreasing radius turn!
Nice job on the bike simile.
Cheers,
