Hey Colin, yep it’s hard to get people to view the situation without taking sides, unfortunately we are stuck in this world where everyone joins a team and neither side ever agrees. cheers mate, I do believe it takes resilience to be effective in influencing .. my thoughts are that we need the resilience to be conscious of what’s happening in the communication and then being able to adapt and change so that the communication is more about the recipient than the sender.
